These Terms & Conditions apply to all applications, bookings, and participation in TRUFLO retreats (“TRUFLO”, “we”, “us”).

By applying for or participating in a TRUFLO retreat, you agree to these terms.

TRUFLO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Application & Acceptance

Participation in TRUFLO is by application only.

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.
Places are confirmed only after:

• A completed intake process

• Explicit acceptance by TRUFLO

• Full or agreed payment received

We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

3. Payment

The total investment is €4,950 (unless stated otherwise).

Payment terms:

• Full payment is required to secure your place

• Payment details will be shared after acceptance

• Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment

All prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of places, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the retreat: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another participant, subject to approval.

TRUFLO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat.
In such cases, participants will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to a future retreat

No additional compensation (e.g. travel costs) will be provided.

5. Participation & Responsibility

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally able to take part

• You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the retreat

• You will inform TRUFLO of any relevant medical or psychological conditions in advance

TRUFLO is not a medical or therapeutic provider.

Participation is voluntary, and you may choose not to engage in any activity.

6. Liability

TRUFLO is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to property

• Travel disruptions or external circumstances

• Outcomes resulting from participation in the retreat

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the retreat.

7. Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Respect the space, facilitators, and other participants

• Maintain confidentiality regarding shared experiences

• Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior

TRUFLO reserves the right to remove any participant without refund
if their behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the group.

8. Confidentiality

TRUFLO is a private environment.

Participants agree not to share personal information, experiences, or identities of others without explicit consent.

9. Media & Privacy

No photos or recordings may be taken during the retreat without consent.

TRUFLO will not use participant images or testimonials publicly without prior written permission.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

• Their own travel arrangements

• Valid insurance (health, travel, cancellation)

TRUFLO is not responsible for travel-related issues or costs.

11. Force Majeure

TRUFLO is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural events

• Government restrictions

• Emergencies

In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Dutch courts.
